2012 Race Training Series

Q: What is Race Training Series?

 

A: A FREE 6-week training program for 2012 for registered Race participants. Starting Saturday February 11 and running for six Saturdays, the series will help you train for the 2012 Race for the Cure. Each session will offer walking/running, fitness and health tips. They take place at Reid Park from 8.30am to 9.30am. (Note: you do not have to participate in all six sessions; please feel free to just drop in when you can.)

Q: Who can take part?

A: All ages and fitness levels are welcome; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be a registered 2012 Race participant. To register click here.

A: In front of the Rose Garden at Reid Park, S. Country Club.
