In 2012, ignite your passion and join us in the largest participatory event in Southern Arizona. Your passion and commitment count and will make a difference for families throughout our community.

75% of the net proceeds from the Race for the Cure stay here in Southern Arizona, funding vital education, screening and treatment for your mothers, sisters, co-workers and friends. 25% of all net proceeds from the Race fund national research. That means every dollar you raise goes towards our ultimate goal – a world without breast cancer.

So sign up to participate, bring together a team, raise extra money so that we can Ignite the Passion together!

Start today by telling a student you know about the Students for the Cure
® Essay Contest. The Essay Contest provides a platform for students to share their understanding of the struggles for families as they deal with breast cancer, educational information on healthy lifestyle choices to help combat this dreaded disease and /or how the community can support efforts to find a cure for breast cancer.
• Students in grades K-8 are eligible.
• Essays may be word-processed or handwritten and may be of any length.
